Bathed in history and beauty, the Château de Fonscolombe is a magnificent 18th century castle built in the heart of Provence in Le Puy-Sainte-Reparade, only 39 km from Marseille. This architectural adventure has been restored and carefully preserved to keep its heritage, spirit and charm intact, while also providing world-class service befit a celebrity.

This seasonal hotel offers a limited number of outstanding rooms that are each fitted with a private bathroom. The Chateau offers bathrobes, slippers and complementary toiletries, as well as free WiFi throughout the estate. Each room has lovely views of the property and are located in different parts of the castle. For your dining pleasure, the Chateau offers a variety of experiences from creatively elegant to tasty poolside snacks. L’Orangerie is a modern design restaurant that satisfies your taste buds with Provencal and inventive cuisine. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be booked, as well as the enchanting Orangerie brunch that is offered only on the first Sunday of the month. You can enjoy a picnic basket from the pool house, and kids are invited to place their own meal orders with the Chef in the main kitchen.

One of the Chateau’s previous family members was a famous botanist in the 19th century. This is apparent when you visit the park and Chateau grounds, which can be done from hired bicycles, jogging trails, picnics and garden tours. Have a glass of wine or tasting in the lounge bar from the Fonscolombe estate vineyard or sip a relaxing drink along the poolside, in one of the salons or while you try your hand at billiards.
