Overview
Benvengudo means ‘welcome’ in local Provencal dialect, and the feeling is immediate as you wind through the pathways of lavender to this charming country house. Tucked away on seven acres of private gardens and parks, Hotel Benvengudo was one of the first hotels ever built in Les Baux-de-Provence.
Authentic Provencal personality is found throughout this beautiful estate with winding paths and hidden garden nooks, pine trees, lavender fields and olive groves. Hotel Benvengudo perfectly combines two generations of traditional and modern design.
The boutique hotel has 28 rooms and suites that are comfortable and contemporary. The 19 rooms can sleep up to two guests, while the suites can mainly sleep up to four. Two large cottages are also available, and all rooms come with private bathrooms and terraces with gorgeous views of the property.
Each room has a chic, boutique flair with modern and antique Provencal design and furniture. Guests can enjoy air conditioning, free WiFi and other comforts such as a flat-screen TV.
Enjoy Michelin-starred meals prepared by chef Thomas Voisin in the hotel’s restaurant. His culinary style blends Provencal and Asian-inspired tastes using fruits and vegetables from the Provence markets and the estate’s gardens. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, offering a short menu of elegant dishes and local wine selections. Enjoy your meals on the terrace by the swimming pool or in the dining area with high, sloped ceilings.
On nice days, take a dip in the heated, outdoor swimming pool. The Baux-de-Provence golf course is only 1 km away. Experience the town of Les Baux-de-Provence, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The Roman Arean of Arles is only 14 km away. If you’re visiting in July, you can experience the world-renowned Avignon Festival.
When you’re not wandering the area, book a massage or private yoga class with the hotel or take a picturesque stroll through the beautiful estate gardens.

With an area of 100m², the Côté Grande Maison cottage is our most spacious self-contained hotel accommodation offering full-service lodging for up to 4 guests. This Provence luxury apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a grand living room with open fire-place, an open plan kitchen and private garden terrace.

Credit card details and a 10% deposit (refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival) taken from your card at the time of your booking. Remaining amount to be paid to the hotel during your stay.
